If you are planning a vintage wedding, one period-specific detail you won't want to overlook is your bridal hairstyle. Besides your wedding dress, nothing can clinch that retro look like an authentic retro-do. One caveat - unless you are planning a full-blown period production, a vintage dress with a vintage hairstyle can look VERY costume-y. However, a more modern dress with a vintage hairstyle, or a vintage dress with a vintage-inspired modern hairstyle, looks lovely indeed.
