Well, in T-minus-too-few-hours, we'll officially be off to BC! Thank you once again for all your support, and for all your suggestions for accomplishing my 9-day-tour-of-wedding-duties!
Mr. Shortcake and I are both soooo excited to see our families, not only because it's been almost a year since we saw their sweet faces, but also because we can finally celebrate becoming engaged!
Our furbaby, Harvey, a "shit-poo-poo" (shih tzu pomeranian toy poodle), is very excited as well.
He has been talking non-stop on the phone with his Nana
(not staged, he actually has full on growfling/barking conversations with her if I put my mom on speakerphone :) )
about how much fun flying on a plane will be!
